Evening counts
An evening count records how many names were written on one evening, and the first and last names.
The page states how many sushi names were written that evening. It states the first name. It states the last name. It does not rank those names, and it does not write a prize or a score. An empty count is written as zero. We do not invent a name to fill the page.
